As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I employ nutritional and lifestyle changes to address many health issues that we may experience including chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, inflammation, digestive issues, menopause symptoms, weight loss, and the like.
I don’t promise quick fixes.
I don’t offer any health hacks.
My wellness program does not include “five easy steps” to restore the body back into balance.
My approach is always customized in collaboration with each client to ensure protocols are tailored to their individual needs.
Because healing is very, very personal. And has it’s own timeline. It’s a journey, not a destination. That’s why I think of myself as Google Maps. The client is the driver and tells me the destination, and it's my job to guide them there.
How do I do that? By taking a holistic and functional route to health + wellness. I am identifying imbalances and support their correction with a bio-individual food-first approach that allows the body to do what it does best: naturally restore its health back into balance.

By the end of our initial visit, you'll have a few actionable recommendations to start right away, along with a bigger-picture game plan on how to continue your health journey with me.
02. Enroll in Health + Wellness Program
When you join my Health + Wellness Program, personalized support becomes a central focus. My 1-on-1 guidance typically extends over six months and includes:
A customized number of follow-up visits based on your unique needs, along with concierge-level email support between sessions.
A tailored care plan that may include nutrient-rich whole foods, lifestyle modifications, and professional-grade supplements from my online dispensary to enhance your body’s natural healing processes.
Additionally, optional functional assessments to identify digestive imbalances and food sensitivities can be incorporated into your plan, should you find them beneficial.

As such, it may nicely complement the regular care that you receive through your primary care provider or specialist.
