BERRY CHIA PUDDING
Chia pudding is a beautiful morning offering.
It's an easy and accessible tool for deep nourishment that depends entirely on good quality almond or coconut milk (handcrafted with divine, loving intention is best). I like to keep things simple by just sprinkling a dose of mineral-dense mulberries and a dollop of not-too-sweet strawberry-chia jam on top to really showcase the velvety creaminess of the almond or coconut milk (a blend would be exquisite as well).
Ingredients
MAKES 1 SERVING
▪ 3/4 cup chia pudding
▪ 1 tablespoon strawberry chia jam
To Serve:
▪ Mulberries (optional)
▪ Cacao nibs (optional)
Instructions
Put the chia pudding into a small ceramic bowl.
Add a dollop of strawberry jam in the middle and garnish with cacao nibs.
Place the mulberries around the jam.
