Ingredients

MAKES 1 SERVING

▪ 1½ cups almond milk or coconut milk (homemade or store-bought)
▪ 1-2 scoops vanilla grass-fed beef protein powder
▪ 1-2 Tablespoons cacao powder
▪ 1 Tablespoon flax seeds
▪ 1 Tablespoon MCT oil or nut butter
▪ 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

For the Toppers:
▪ Cacao nibs
▪ Hemp seeds (optional)
▪ Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

  2. Transfer smoothie to a tall glass.

  3. Sprinkle with cacao nibs, hemp seeds (if using), and shredded coconut (if using).
