MATCHA RADIANCE

This is my skin-loving version of a matcha latte.

I gently warm about a cup of skin-nourishing coconut milk in a saucepan, before transferring it to my high-speed blender, along with a scoop of ceremonial grade matcha, plus a synergistic blend of beautifying skin foods. Tocos (a plant-based creamer, rich in Vitamin E) and pearl (an anti-aging beauty mineral) boost Matcha's rejuvenating antioxidant properties for even deeper radiance — from within. It's such a beautiful and functional way to elevate my handcrafted matcha in the morning or after lunch.

Ingredients

MAKES 1 LATTE

▪ 8 ounces coconut milk
▪ 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
▪ 1/4 teaspoon pearl powder
▪ 1 tablespoon tocos (tocotrienols)
▪ 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
▪ 1/8 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
▪ 1 teaspoon coconut butter
▪ 1/2 teaspoon Manuka honey

Instructions

  1. Warm the coconut milk in a saucepan over low heat.

  2. Transfer the warm coconut milk to a blender, and add the remaining ingredients. Blend everything on high for 40 seconds until well-combined and frothy.

  3. Pour into a matcha chawan (bowl), and allow yourself to fully bask in the radiance with each mindful sip.
